For a given quadratic equation, ax2 + bx + c = 0; the roots can be given by
Nature of Roots:
- If b2 – 4ac > 0; the equation has two distinct roots.
- If b2 – 4ac = 0; the equation has two equal roots.
- If b2 – 4ac < 0; the equation has no real roots.
