Present, Past and Participle Forms

Listen to the conversation between two very lazy forgetful persons
A: I forget your name.
B: I forgot your name.
A: I have forgotten my name too.

The verb 'forget' is used in three different forms in the above sentences.
In the first sentence the verb forget is used in the present form or base form. The verb forgot in the second sentence is used in the past form of the verb forget. Whereas in the third sentence the verb forgotten is used in the past participle form of the word forget.
